Alessandro Vasapolli was born in Turin, Italy, in 1988. He graduated with honors at ESCP Europe, achieving a triple degree in business in Italy, France and the UK. Interested in photography from youth it was during university that he turned his focus to fashion photography.
In 2010 he moved to London and for the first time he started to work for various fashion magazines, getting attention and recognition on the London scene. Later he expanded his focus to Paris. His personal aesthetic vision matured and he began to work for Vogue.
The peculiarity of Alessandro’s work is his obsession with color.
After years of dedication, he created a totally innovative algorithm to deal with color in photography.
The aim of this procedure is to obtain the creation of unique shades, that are not reproducible, contributing to transmit the emotional content of his art.
