“The horse, confronted with an individual, does not make a value judgment, has no social, cultural or other preconceptions. It only has toward humans the instinctive distrust of the prey towards a possible predator. These two beings come together in the concordance of their basic needs and the expression of common emotions.” Boris Ehrgott
Ever since I was little, I have lived surrounded by horses. This animal is for me the most beautiful, the purest, the best friend of man. But it is very difficult to photograph. For years, I have been trying to do an exhibition on horses but I have been stopped by budgetary contingencies. Setting up such an exhibition, with prints from a dozen different sources, and around thirty frames, is indeed very expensive. One day, I will find a partner who will help me do it and it will be sublime…
