The Yves Rocher Foundation yesterday celebrated its 100 millionth tree planted across the world.
Because behind every tree planted lie millions of stories of preserved animals, redrawn landscapes, reclaimed territories, communities and individuals …
Because photographing our planet is already a commitment, the Yves Rocher Foundation wished to call on 9 photographers to raise awareness of the link that exists between tree, earth and people.
This photographic commission project ran from 2017 to 2020. Beyond testifying of the urgency to act, it also pays tribute to these women and men who work tirelessly to regreen the earth.
