At the Galerie du Bar Floréal from October 6 through 26, L’Association Nationale des Iconographes (ANI) will present three photographers whose work was selected during the Visa pour l’Image photojournalism festival 2011 in Perpignan. Last March, a jury met to elect the three winners from a pool of fifteen. The exhibition will feature reports by JP Lopez about starving children in Guatemala, Colin Delfosse’s “Polygones” taken in Kazakhstan, and Misha Freidman’s series on tuberculosis in the former Soviet Union. The latter was awarded the Prix ANI-Pix Palace 2012 during a September 5 screening at Campo Santo during this year’s Visa pour l’Image.
