My fourth decade (1965 - 1975) was my adventure with the gypsies: I brought guitarists Manitas de Plata and José Reyes, to Carnegie Hall in New York and to similar venues in other cities. We met with Gala and Salvador Dali, and the gypsies played for them on a stage theatre while he painted. Then they were invited to represent Europe at the annual celebration of human rights at the United Nations.
