It has been 3 years since I discovered The Ciotat town of the Mediterranean Coast situated halfway between Marseille and Toulon; known especially for his its shipyards (among the most renowned of Europe), it is also the sea resort which knew how to keep(guard) its authenticity and not sell its soul to the flashy sirens of a “bling-bling” tourism.
After their closure in 1987 and two decades later, shipyards are reborn of their ashes to become a flagship for the maintenance of mega-yachts.
I was allowed set in the charm of these narrow alleys and ITS inhabitants whose kindness has an equal only the humility and the simplicity.
