American photographer Terry Richardson is currently under investigation by the New York City Police Department's Special Victims Squad (NYPD) for sexual assault on two former models.
Former model Caron Bernstein told The Daily News that she was attacked in 2003 in his studio. Former model Lindsay Jones was repeatedly assaulted in 2007 and 2008 and made public the announcement last December in the HuffingtonPost. The two women were heard by investigators.
Photographer Terry Richardson's lawyer, Lisa M. Buckley, denied the facts and denounced an 'opportunistic advertising research'. In the past, the photographer has been accused several times of harassment and sexual violence without ever being indicted. Condé Nast press group (The New Yorker, Vogue, Vanity Fair ...) ceased all professional relations with the photographer after the publication of a report entitled The Harvey Weinstein of Fashion in The Sunday Times (unavailable online).
